I'm calling this day .5 because it wasn't a true start but I did do the first day of the 21 day fix workout, cardio fix. I also almost died and ate chips and dip. So far so good? More like so far so bad but this is an honest account of my experience so that is what you'll get.
After the work out I laid down for a second out of breath and thinking I was about to die, but you know what? At this point I'm proud of myself for even attempting because most of the time I just make excuses for why I can't work out that day. Any progress is progress right?!
